The first session is an opportunity to discuss your goals, challenges, and hopes for therapy. It is an intake session whereby I learn what brought you to seek therapy at this time, your family history or anything else you feel is important for me to know about you. Together, we will begin creating a personalized plan that feels right for you.
Yes, I provide HIPPA compliant teletherapy for individuals, parents, and couples, offering flexible, accessible support from the comfort of your home.
I offer parent guidance and psychotherapy to individuals through the life span and couples counseling.
I am an out of network provider and do not take insurance, however I will provide a Superbill at the end of each month so that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider to learn more about your out of network benefits for mental health.
I offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments without 24 hours-notice will be charged in full. However, I will always try to reschedule a client in the event that they cannot make their appointment.
All sessions are 50 minutes long.
